Jesse Ingels

Jesse's land career started in rural California during the 2006 Recession when real estate prices were falling faster than foreclosure signs were going up. Her early years with an independent firm taught her ingenuity and determination which helped her become one of the top-selling land agents of the region. Learning to use and perfecting social media to promote properties and services, Jesse caught the attention of the Small Business Development Center and for a time Jesse contracted with economic development organizations to support entrepreneurship in rural communities.

Jesse's experience in land brokerage has been influenced by the nature of the geography she's lived in; she's not intimidated by dirt roads or mountain passes. In 2012 Jesse launched her own land brokerage in California specializing in recreational and agricultural properties. After 10 years, Jesse relocated with her husband and two children to the Pacific Northwest and decided to expand her brokerage services into Washington State.

Chad Stout

Chad’s journey into land and real estate began with a passion for connecting people to opportunity. With nearly two decades of experience as a senior-level software engineer and consultant, Chad brings a unique perspective to land brokerage—combining technical problem-solving skills with an entrepreneurial drive to help clients succeed. His career has been defined by building solutions, businesses, and relationships that thrive in both competitive and challenging environments.

Drawn to real estate by a love of wide-open spaces and a hands-on approach to business, Chad thrives in navigating the details of land transactions while keeping sight of the bigger picture. His experience in technology and consulting taught him the value of listening first, acting decisively, and using every available tool to deliver results for clients.

Now based in Washington State, Chad focuses on helping landowners, buyers, and investors achieve their goals with honesty, efficiency, and clear communication. Whether working with recreational, agricultural, or development properties, he approaches every deal with the same commitment: creating long-term value and trusted relationships in the communities he serves.
